Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland And Through The Looking by Lewis Caroll
I completely love the whole Alice In Wonderland topsy turvy theme. Yes, yes, you all have to ruin it by bringing up the drug issue. Those of you who bring that issue up, only know this by experience, ya damn druggies. Anyway… I had seen the movie by Disney as a child and had watched the random shows on tv based on it, but the book gives a different perspective. There are events that do not even come near to appearing in the movie. The movie consist of both books, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, in case you were wondering. They just chose to pick random ideas from the beginning and the middle and the end and switch them around to make the story you see in the movie. I liked this book and all the random extras that were left out. I even found myself to be a complete loser and laughing to myself at a few lines in the book.
Definitely a fun read.
I’m looking forward to the movie by Tim Burton (2010).
