SALT

It seems that the only type of movie that Angelina Jolie seems to be in is action films. It must suck being type casted as one single role over and over again. The funny thing is, that is all we see from her, but you gotta give it to her, it’s what she is good at! I really wanted to see this one in the theatres. It sucks when your not able to get to certain films until after. But then you eventually watch them outside of the theatre and it’s not as big of a loss.

Salt is about an American CIA agent who is accused of being a Russian Sleeper Agent. No one would trust her after this so she has to set out in her own. Throughout the movie she has flashbacks from her childhood. You follow her on an action filled series of events where you have to try and think ahead; Piecing together bits of information to come to your own conclusion about the truth. Whether you are right or wrong, you have to watch and find out.

I really enjoyed this movie. Again it s funny that this is the only type of movie you seem to see Jolie in, but as I said before it is what she is good at. The movie makes you think. I always enjoy trying to piece things together before they happen. Despite the fact that it is a constant action filled movie, I will admit it was a tad boring in parts, and some of the conversations seem overly scripted. There is a difference between reading a script and being part of it. I really enjoyed how they finished the movie, my favourite is probably the last 30 seconds, but you will have to watch and find out for yourself. I recommend checking out this movie , preferably at the least cost to yourself. Haha
